The Blue Badge Is The CIA's official association newsletter published four times annually in January, March, July, and September (beginning in 2018). Members are encouraged to send in articles and pictures for publication in upcoming issues. To submit articles or pictures, email Larry Eckard, the editor of the newsletter.
The Blue Badge is only available as a PDF file download. If you are a current dues-paying member (lifetime or annual), and you have a current email address listed in the master database, you will receive an email twice a year providing you with a link to the current issue of the Blue Badge. If you have not received an email about the Blue Badge, you should contact the database manager to make sure a valid email address for you is listed in the database.
Printing of the Blue Badge on paper and mailing via USPS was discontinued after the January 2017 issue.
Special Editions of the Blue Badge newsletter will be available on ths website from time to time, with no accessiblity restrictions. This is to post new things that are happening with the Association in between the bi-annual hard copy editions.

Ready To Become A Regular, Individual or Business Support Member?
In addition to regular membership we welcome Individual and Business Support members. Support members can help with the overall operations of our individual units and promotion of our Association. Although they cannot vote or be elected to office they offer great support to our local units. Many members sign up their family and close friends as Support members.
